A Short Essay on Perfection and Imperfection

The first cast of my model, EB, had many problems. Rather than try to
repair them, I recast her in a similar pose a week later. I cast the new mold (upper picture) and put the bad mold away. 

Sometime later, I went and cast the bad mold, faults and all (lower.) 
To my surprise, the faulty statue seems to have more vitality than the more perfect one. So which is really more perfect? And with a beauty like her, does technique much matter? 

My thoughts, hence the ungainly title.
