$750 tinted Hydrocal

The girlfriend of one of my oldest friends wanted a special present for him. The first attempt to cast her was not very successful so we redid it (this is common for me.) The second mold was fine, and his gift was pristine white. When she dumped him, the statue went into a dumpster! Hey, it was just a hunk of plaster.
For another sculpture made multi-colored, see Tutti-Frutti.

For another case of a faulty mold bearing a good statue, see
A Short Essay..

In the faulty mold, I dashed colored plaster and this is what emerged. Gallery 509 show, Aug.'99, shared with photographers.
